Master Plan

Highway at the top. River at the bottom.
Everything ours in between.

The property runs from the main Bogotá–Medellín highway along its top boundary down the green slopes to the river at the bottom — all of it on the river-left bank we own. The park lives on the valley floor where the water wants to be, the river corridor stays wild inside its protected buffer, the far bank stays jungle (in front of the falls, the property spans both sides), and the 21 lots line the high ground. Nothing fights the terrain — that's the entire trick.

Schematic, not to scale. The property runs from the Bogotá–Medellín highway at its top boundary to the river at its bottom; all development sits on the river-left bank we own, the far bank remains wild jungle, and only in front of the falls does the property span both sides. Final lot boundaries, the flood line and the river's protected buffer are fixed by the licensed topographic and hydrological surveys on the roadmap.
