The questions we get first
Where is the property?
A Colombian Andes valley of about 4 hectares (~8 acres). The main Bogotá–Medellín highway is the top boundary; a boulder river is the bottom. We hold the river-left bank — and both banks in front of our waterfall.
What does a lot cost?
A titled lot is $50,000. With a turnkey glamping installation, $85,000 all-in. With a built cabin or bungalow, $125,000 all-in.
Is financing available?
Yes — owner financing from as low as $5,000/month at 6% annual interest. Ask for the schedule with the brief.
What exactly am I buying?
A titled lot in Mirador Ridge (1–7), Río Terraces (8–14) or Cascada Forest (15–21) — above the flood line, on the lot-loop road, over the park. Expressions of interest are non-binding.
What are the main risks?
Published openly on the roadmap: the regional water-use concession, the flood-line survey, geotech and dry-season flow measurement — all sequenced before construction.
When does the park open?
Phased, inside a $500K–$1M budget: the natural attractions first, then the temple island and lazy river, then the village. Dates follow the permit gates — never promised in advance.
